Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 50% charge if cancelled one day before the trip
- 100% charge on the day of the trip
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours prior via our 24-hour service phone or WhatsApp
- Full refund if trip cancelled by operator due to weather or other reasons
- Refund transferred one day after cancellation (may take up to 2 working weeks depending on payment method)
- You will be notified by phone or message as soon as possible if any trip is cancelled
