- Kostenlose Umbuchung bis 24 Stunden vorher über unseren 24-Stunden-Service per Telefon oder WhatsApp
- Volle Rückerstattung, wenn der Ausflug vom Veranstalter wegen Wetter oder anderer Gründe abgesagt wird
- Rückerstattung erfolgt einen Tag nach der Stornierung (kann je nach Zahlungsmethode bis zu 2 Werktage dauern)
